We’ve seen an increase in the number and severity of epidemics over the past few years. Common colds are rarer than ever. Each new virus is given its own name, much like hurricanes. Hurricanes are a threat to offices and lives, as well as homes. How can businesses survive these dangerous times? Open space offices were once a revolutionary solution. It is not easy to get to work. You will need to use public transport, many doors handles, and elevators to get to work. The room is contaminated with bacteria when you finally reach it. Many industries do not require their employees to be present. There are many industries that require employees to be on-site. However, remote work can be a lifesaver. How can you make business run smoothly?
Start by listing the most important aspects of getting things done. We all know what needs to be done, when it should be done, and who will be responsible. Some of our employees only visit the office twice a year. How do we do it? Great discipline, communication, and collaboration.Everything anyone does is written down in tasks. Assignees understand that it is up to them to turn briefs and requests into reality. They know when it’s necessary to do so, and can easily set a due date that can be altered if necessary. To find out what’s happening with the task, someone doesn’t need to go to another office. They can simply look for the person responsible, remind them of the whole story and then ask the question. Comment on the task to tag the people you want to! Time tracking
Our integrated Stopwatch is something we are proud of. It allows anyone to track their time on tasks and projects. We don’t often use it. However, we are aware that it is very important for those who charge by the hour. The Time Report can then accumulate and be filtered in many ways. Managers can see who has been working on what, and how long. There’s no need to walk around the office checking on everyone. The My Work section lists all tasks assigned to each person, along with their due dates, organized by project. Is there anything that must be done immediately? It will be marked as “High priority” to be highlighted. Everything you need to know about growth before you can grow your business

Trust is the key to understanding what needs to be done and who is working on what. It is possible to build trust with such a system over time. We use brainstorming sessions to help us make decisions and we try to make them together. Video calls are a great way to save the day. ActiveCollab allows us to record and/or write down minutes of meetings again.
