Kanban Kanban is a method of limiting the work in progress (WIP), for your project team and individual members. It’s a visual system that allows you to easily see what’s in work, what’s next, and what has been done. Kanban has many other benefits, including explicit value stream mapping and team communication. This is especially true when it is combined with a daily stand up meeting. We are about a month ahead of where we were when we weren’t doing the two things above efficiently on one of my project teams.
