According to a Cisco study, 78% of hiring managers considered technical certifications the most important success factor in their hiring process. Approximately 99% of organizations use these certifications to make strategic hiring decisions.
The ever-growing need for enterprise talent means that certified professionals such as those with the current certification ‘CCNP Enterprise” are more important than ever. The Cisco Certified Network Professional Enterprise (CCNP Enterprise) certification track is for professionals in the area of Enterprise level Networking. It includes automation & programmability to help organizations manage their network infrastructures.

What is the CCNP Enterprise Certification?”
Cisco certifications are highly sought after. Cisco Certified networking Professional Enterprise (CCNP Enterprise), which validates professionals’ skills in complex networking domains, is one example. Candidates can skip the Entry level and Associate levels of certification to opt for Cisco’s Professional Level qualifications. This exam is very relevant to networking work and focuses on routing & switching. NetCom Learning has prepared a brief informational guide on the CCNP Enterprise Certification. It is available here.
It enhances the candidate’s understanding of architecture and their ability to implement the requirements of enterprise networks. The certification exams are divided into the CONCENTRATION and CORE exams. They cover topics such as routing, switching, and other security topics that support organizational networks.
CORE Exam: This exam earns you the title of Enterprise Core Specialist and is called Implementing and Operating Cisco Enterprise Network Core Technologies (ENCOR Exam 350-401). The current exam version 1.2 has replaced the earlier version 1.1.
CONCENTRATION Exam – This exam focuses specifically on industry-specific topics such as SD-WAN, network Design and automation, and wireless networking. Candidats can choose from any of the six areas.

Let’s take a closer look at each of the sections.

CCNP Enterprise CORE certification, “Implementing Cisco Enterprise Network Core Technologies exam” (ENCOR Exam 35-401):
The CORE exam version v1.2 is focused on the following topics and weightage:

Core Exam
Syllabus Topics
Cisco Enterprise Network Core Technologies exam (ENCOR Exam 350-401), v1.2

Describe how APs communicate to WLCs in order to obtain software, configurations and centralized management
Describe network programmability protocols like Network Configuration Protocol (NETCONF), and RESTCONF
Describe the components and concepts involved in wireless networking, including antenna characteristics and Radio Frequency (RF), and describe the wireless standards.
Describe the components of Cisco SD-Access, including the fabric control plane, data plane and nodes. Also, illustrate the purpose and function for the Virtual Extensible LAN gateways (VXLAN).
Describe the features and concepts of Quality of Service (QoS) and the need in your enterprise network
